If you call the number on this site, we receive your phone number and the call may be recorded for quality and dispatch. If you send photos or a description of your problem, we receive what you send.
What We Do With It
We use it to assess, quote and schedule drainage work and to follow up about that work. We do not sell it. It is shared with the licensed crew assigned to your address because they need it to do the job.
Retention and Deletion
Records are kept while useful for servicing your account and resolving disputes. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, call the number on this site.
